Sell Your Chametz 2026

  • Sell Your Chometz

  • On Passover, Jews may not own any chametz -leavened foods like bread, cake, cereal, pasta, or liquor made from fermented grain. Even hidden or locked-up chametz stays forbidden forever if owned by a Jew during the holiday.

    The Solution:

The Sale of Chametz lets you keep your favorite Scotch or frozen challah. A rabbi sells it to a non-Jew before Passover. After the holiday, it's sold back to you.
